Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Haridwar to Janki Chatti

  • Depart from Haridwar early morning.
  • Travel to Janki Chatti by Individual vehicle.
  • Check into accommodation upon arrival.
  • Rest and prepare for Yamunotri trek.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Janki Chatti. (Dinner included)

Day 2: Yamunotri Darshan and Kharadi

  • Early morning trek to Yamunotri Temple.
  • Perform darshan and offer prayers.
  • Return to Janki Chatti for breakfast.
  • Depart for Kharadi after breakfast.
  • Check into accommodation upon arrival.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Kharadi. (Breakfast and dinner included)

Day 3: Kharadi to Gangotri and Stay in Uttarkashi

  • Depart from Kharadi after breakfast.
  • Travel to Gangotri by Individual vehicle.
  • Visit Gangotri Temple and offer prayers.
  • Enjoy the serene surroundings.
  • Return to Uttarkashi in the evening.
  • Check into accommodation upon arrival.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Uttarkashi. (Breakfast and dinner included)

Day 4: Sonprayag

  • Depart from Uttarkashi after breakfast.
  • Travel to Sonprayag by Individual vehicle.
  • Check into accommodation upon arrival.
  • Rest and prepare for Kedarnath trek.

Day 5: Kedarnath Trek and Stay

  • Early morning start trekking to Kedarnath.
  • Reach Kedarnath and check into accommodation.
  • Perform darshan at Kedarnath Temple.

Day 6: Kedarnath to Sonprayag

  • Morning darshan and prayers at Kedarnath Temple.
  • Start trek back to Sonprayag after breakfast.
  • Reach Sonprayag and check into accommodation.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Sonprayag. (Dinner included)

Day 7: Sonprayag to Pipalkoti

  • Depart from Sonprayag after breakfast.
  • Travel to Pipalkoti by Individual vehicle.
  • Check into accommodation upon arrival.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Pipalkoti. (Breakfast and dinner included)

Day 8: Pipalkoti to Badrinath and Return 

  • Morning visit Badrinath temple and return pipalkoti.

Day 9: Pipalkoti to Haridwar

  • Depart from Pipalkoti after breakfast.
  • Travel back to Haridwar by Individual vehicle.
  • Stop for lunch on the way (meals not included).
  • Arrive at Haridwar by late evening.

  • Transportation options like horse, paalki, or helicopter for Kedarnath trekking.
  • Any expenses not specified in the package inclusions.
  • Personal expenses, optional tours, and additional meals.
  • Entry fees not explicitly covered.
  • Charges for tips, travel insurance, medical needs, laundry, beverages, and communication services.
  • Services such as porterage, pony rides, horseback riding, cable cars, and boating are not included.

 

Payment Schedule

  • 50% of the total amount as an advance payment for booking.
  • 50% of the total amount payable upon pickup in Haridwar.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date or in case of no show.
  • 50% refund of the received amount for cancellations made between 7 days to 30 days prior to the arrival date.
  • 100% refund of the received amount for cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date (taxes excluded).
  • Note: No refunds will be issued in the event of natural calamities such as roadblocks or accidents.

  • Minimum 2 Passanger/Piligrims required to avail this package.
  • No cancellations or refunds will be provided in circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, natural disasters, government actions, roadblocks, or transportation disruptions.
  • The company holds no liability for accidents, injuries, death, or theft occurring during the tour.
  • Shortened stays or unused facilities are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to provide a similar vehicle if the originally booked one is unavailable.
  • Changes to the tour destination or route may occur with prior notice, and rates may be adjusted accordingly.
