Day 1: Haridwar to Sonprayag

• Depart from Haridwar in the morning by Individual vehicle.
• Enjoy scenic drive through the picturesque towns and villages of Uttarakhand.
• Stop for breakfast and lunch en route (meals not included).
• Arrive at Sonprayag in the evening.
• Check into your accommodation for the night.
• Dinner at the hotel.
• Rest and prepare for the trek to Kedarnath the next day.

Day 2: Trek to Kedarnath

• Early breakfast at the hotel.
• Begin the trek to Kedarnath Temple, a journey of around 18 kilometers taking 8-10 hours.
• Admire the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
• Stop for lunch at a midway point (meals not included).
• Reach Kedarnath by late afternoon.
• Check into the camp/dormitory accommodation for the night.
• Visit the Kedarnath Temple for evening Aarti (if time permits).
• Overnight stay in Kedarnath.

Day 3: Kedarnath to Sonprayag to Pipalkoti

• Early morning visit to the Kedarnath Temple for darshan and Aarti.
• Begin the trek back to Sonprayag.
• Lunch at Sonprayag (meals not included).
• Arrive at Sonprayag by late afternoon.
• Depart from Sonprayag to Pipalkoti by Individual vehicle.
• Arrive at Pipalkoti in the late evening.
• Check into your accommodation for the next two nights.
• Dinner at the hotel.
• Relax and rest for the night.

Day 4: Visit Badrinath

• Early breakfast at the hotel.
• Depart for Badrinath by Individual vehicle.
• Explore the sacred town of Badrinath, visiting the Badrinath Temple and other nearby attractions.
• Lunch at a local restaurant (meals not included).
• Return to Pipalkoti in the evening.
• Dinner at the hotel.
• Overnight stay in Pipalkoti.

Day 5: Pipalkoti to Haridwar

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Depart from Pipalkoti to Haridwar by Individual vehicle.
• Stop for lunch on the way (meals not included).
• Arrive at Haridwar by late evening.
• End of the tour.

Costing

Package Exclusions

• GST at 5% additional on the bill.
• Transportation options like horse, paalki, or helicopter for Kedarnath trekking.
• Any expenses not specified in the package inclusions.
• Personal expenses, optional tours, and additional meals.
• Entry fees not explicitly covered.
• Charges for tips, travel insurance, medical needs, laundry, beverages, and communication services.
• Services such as porterage, pony rides, horseback riding, cable cars, and boating are not included.

Payment Schedule

• 50% of the total amount as an advance payment for booking.
• 50% of the total amount payable upon pickup in Haridwar.

Cancellation Policy

• No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date or in case of no show.
• 50% refund of the received amount for cancellations made between 7 days to 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• 100% refund of the received amount for cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date (taxes excluded).
• Note: No refunds will be issued in the event of natural calamities such as roadblocks or accidents.

• Minimum 2 Passanger/Piligrims required to avail this package.
• No cancellations or refunds will be provided in circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, natural disasters, government actions, roadblocks, or transportation disruptions.
• The company holds no liability for accidents, injuries, death, or theft occurring during the tour.
• Shortened stays or unused facilities are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to provide a similar vehicle if the originally booked one is unavailable.
• Changes to the tour destination or route may occur with prior notice, and rates may be adjusted accordingly.
